Site travel - 2 days per week - Peterborough - Travel Allowance and Car Allowance £7,200 per annum paid in addition to base salary.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing development and delivery of BNG strategies and compliance.
  • Providing strategic oversight of biodiversity performance, KPIs and management.
  • Supporting client environmental objectives and nature‑based solutions.
  • Embedding biodiversity capability through upskilling programmes.
  • Championing long‑term environmental legacy and innovation.
  • Driving work‑winning and business development.
  • Mentoring teams and strengthening service excellence.
  • Shaping biodiversity and nature‑based solutions across infrastructure.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Degree in ecology, environmental or sustainability disciplines; postgraduate study desirable.
  • Chartered status (CEnv, IEMA, CIEEM) preferred.
  • Proven BNG leadership on complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong UK environmental planning expertise with confident client engagement and relationship building.
