Our aviation team is growing in Q1 2026 and we have an exciting opportunity for a Safety, Health and Wellbeing Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. As Safety, Health and Wellbeing Lead you will be required to provide strong transformational leadership, setting a clear vision and strategy for health, safety and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong transformational leadership, setting a clear vision and strategy for health, safety and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience of leading Health and Safety wellbeing delivery in the infrastructure sector.
- Expert knowledge of HSW legislation, best practice and international delivery.
- Proven capability establishing HSW management systems, assurance and audit frameworks.
- Strong risk management and mitigation experience within major organisations.
- Effective communicator, presenting technical HSW information to non-technical audiences.
- Commercially astute, with strong business planning and budget management skills.
- Proven leader of cross-functional teams, developing competence and capability.
- Chartered HSW professional with extensive sector experience delivering measurable outcomes.
- Full right to work in the UK.
