You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the delivery and integration of major programmes, portfolios, or accounts, setting and executing clear strategic direction.
- Owning and delivering projects of varying scale to support wider infrastructure and programme objectives.
- Driving integration across complex environments, identifying and resolving cross-programme and system-level challenges.
- Ensuring excellence across safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and compliance outcomes.
- Translating client vision into deliverable strategies, embedding innovation across construction, production, digital and net zero initiatives.
- Establishing and influencing build strategies, procurement approaches, and execution plans.
- Managing robust risk and opportunity management strategies across complex delivery environments.
- Building, leading and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Optimising resources and driving performance against commercial and programme baselines.
- Strengthening client relationships while supporting business growth, market positioning and account development.
- Managing senior governance forums, reporting, and decision-making processes across internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Proven experience leading large, complex programmes or portfolios within consultancy, construction, defence or regulated environments.
- Strong technical capability, with the ability to contribute to engineering-led discussions and solve complex integration challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of project management practices, construction methodologies and delivery planning.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with experience managing budgets, risk and performance outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive level.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) with relevant professional accreditation (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE).
- Experience operating in fast-paced, regulated environments with SQEP status for nuclear engineering/design/project management roles (essential).
