About The Project

Mace Dragados Joint Venture (MDJV) is the construction partner for the new HS2 Euston Station, working with HS2 Ltd and design partners to deliver new platforms, concourse structures, and interchange links to London Underground and National Rail.

About The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the design, planning, coordination, and execution of site‑wide and logistics packages within their allocated work areas through all phases of the Euston Project. Reporting to the Site Logistics Operations Lead, the role oversees the project management of hoarding and scaffolding movements, logistics supply chain operations, stores management, and the development of optimised logistics solutions aligned to programme requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Manage the site-wide and logistics packages, primarily hoarding and scaffolding movements, on a large, complex, fast‑moving central London project.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, cost, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
  • Track progress against milestones and prepare regular reports and updates.
  • Forecast and plan hoarding moves and logistic operations required to facilitate construction works.
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to logistics delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with Logistics Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers and Package Managers.
  • Build strong working relationships with contractors, suppliers, project partners and statutory stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings and logistics coordination sessions.
  • Ensure all subcontractor deliveries comply with traffic management and logistics plans.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Delivery Manager on notifiable loads and out‑of‑hours deliveries.
  • Liaise with supervisors to ensure loading/unloading occurs in designated areas and in accordance with RAMS.
  • Monitor subcontractor laydown areas to ensure compliance with boundaries and agreed layouts.
  • Support coordination of deliveries to the Vehicle Holding Area (VHA).
  • Coordinate with the Lifting AP to prioritise crane hook time to meet programme needs.
  • Assist in resolution of logistics‑related conflicts between contractors.
  • Produce 4‑weekly logistics programmes and provide inputs for weekly logistics coordination meetings.
  • Undertake regular safety inspections, audits and issue corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure logistics operations protect the workforce, the public and the environment at all times.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering projects in a relevant sector (e.g., construction, engineering, logistics or infrastructure).
  • A track record of delivery within a project management or logistics function that has led to performance improvement e.g. cost reduction, process/service enhancements, innovation, winning work etc.
  • Have an excellent track record of project delivery: safely, to timescale, quality and cost.
  • Have demonstrable experience of leadership, building and motivating teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation skills, organisational skills, ability to plan and manage own time.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Document control system).
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • CSCS Card.
