The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing multidisciplinary work packages - ensuring all client objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with programme, budget, and quality requirements. This role requires confident communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across all technical disciplines. Candidates with experience within regulated environments - such as nuclear, defence, rail, and aviation - are strongly encouraged to apply. Please note: This role will be hybrid in Plymouth.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing multidisciplinary design reviews and ensure alignment across technical disciplines.
- Managing procurement and delivery of MEP and civils packages from tender to completion.
- Monitoring contractor performance, progress, and compliance with programme requirements.
- Overseeing change control, documentation, and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle.
- Defining and coordinating work packages, supporting design development and technical compliance.
- Driving procurement strategy, appoint subcontractors, and maintain delivery schedules.
- Managing progress meetings, review dashboards, and approve key deliverables.
- Managing scope changes, RFIs, and ensure timely close-out of packages.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Degree or HNC/BTEC in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering MEP and civils packages on major projects.
- Strong knowledge of regulated environments and project lifecycle compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
