The Senior Commercial Performance Manager provides alliance‑wide leadership on performance assurance, cost control and reporting across the IMR WR Alliance, delivering a single, trusted view of commercial and operational performance, strengthening governance, transparency and decision‑making, and enabling successful AMP8 outcomes through consistent standards and collaboration.
Working collaboratively with Anglian Water and Alliance partners - including the NEC ECC Project Manager, AWS Commercial Performance Manager, Programme Delivery Manager, and Delivery Assurance Manager - the role supports the achievement of required outputs, outcomes, and efficiencies under AMP8.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Establishing a single, assured alliance‑wide performance truth.
- Managing commercial governance, controls, reporting and targets.
- Ensuring consistency across cost, forecasting and change.
- Providing clear leadership to regional and central commercial teams.
- Aligning delivery with Anglian Water frameworks.
- Driving insight, continuous improvement and value.
- Championing proactive risk and opportunity management.
- Embedding safety first and a zero‑accident culture.
