You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving portfolio governance, aligning investment plans with strategy and regulatory commitments.
- Managing benefits planning and tracking to ensure value, resilience and efficiency outcomes.
- Providing robust cost assurance through benchmarking and validation.
- Delivering clear data insights and reporting while coordinating engagement across planning, finance and regulatory teams.
- Managing safe, high quality and compliant delivery while championing wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability.
- Driving strategic assignments, strengthening industry engagement, and promoting best in class PMO and project controls expertise.
- Ensuring ethical, financially sound operations and shaping long term business strategy.
- Mentoring and developing teams, fostering innovation, and building strong talent pipelines across the business.
- Managing PMO and project controls performance across assigned hubs, ensuring best practice and ISO aligned delivery.
- Acting as SME, directing technical and digital PMO services and providing expert guidance across hubs.
- Building strong client partnerships and championing carbon reduction commitments.
You’ll Need To Have
- Chartered or professionally accredited (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) with proven ongoing development.
- Extensive delivery experience in private banking projects with strong property or infrastructure expertise.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of carbon impacts and sustainability in project delivery.
