We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator responsible for working with external outsourced payroll vendors to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and benefit services for the UK, European, and expat/shadow payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of UK, European, and expat/shadow payrolls with external vendors.
- Maintaining standard payroll processes and operating procedures in line with vendor delivery.
- Supporting audit and compliance activities related to payroll.
- Managing escalated payroll and benefit queries via MyHR Tier1 and 2, working with external vendors as needed.
- Collaborating with HR Services to support payroll delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Processing benefits transactions and administration across UK and European payrolls.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and data presentation.
- Experience in managed service payroll delivery.
- Knowledge of UK payroll processing and benefits processing.
- Previous experience in payroll and benefits roles or environments.
- Ability to advise and coordinate payroll and benefits activities.
- Experience working in large, global organizations.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and customer focus.
