We are looking for someone to provide document management and general administration support to the project team based on a site in Oxford full time.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Organising internal and external meetings and presentations, documents, equipment and refreshments where required.
  • Ordering office stationery and PPE; ensuring the office is maintained within H&S standards and testing.
  • Creating, managing and updating distribution groups to ensure information flows to the correct organisations.
  • Welcoming visitors to the project office.
  • Organising room bookings in the project office.
