The project: We are looking to employ a full-time Senior Social Value Manager to work within our consultancy division in the East of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of social value strategy, consultancy across large-scale projects for a government client in the region. They will be a member of Mace’s wider Social Value team feeding into the delivery of Mace’s own social value KPIs.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing project social value strategies, assuring outcomes.
  • Delivering strategic initiatives, forums and collaboration.
  • Establishing communities of practice, tools and training.
  • Providing client consultancy and local needs insight.
  • Driving supply chain KPIs and performance.
  • Coordinating social value reporting and insights.
  • Supporting bids, services, teams and growth.
  • Advancing Mace social impact strategy.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Degree in social sciences or related discipline; ICRS fellowship or progress toward.
  • Proven social value delivery across public sectors, supply chains, employment and skills.
  • Expertise in ESG, UN SDGs, social value frameworks, measurement, reporting and KPIs.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder influence, communication, problem-solving and digital capability.
