We are looking to appoint a MEP (electrical) manager to join our project team based in London. Working on a large data centre project, to oversee, coordinate, and take accountability for all MEP related issues on the project.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Upholding and ensuring that Mace requirements on health, safety and environment are implemented and communicated to all reports and contractors.
- Working with the commercial team on the procurement strategy.
- Ensuring that work packages and the work packages returns are issued and checked in line with the client’s scope of works.
- Checking the mechanical design and report on any issues with regards to the Mace standards or client’s requirements.
- Working with the planning team to ensure the project has a robust, coordinated, and buildable schedules.
- Ensuring that PPC (programme and production control) is implemented and updated in line with the project requirements.
- Working with the design team and contractors to identify any pre‑fabrication opportunities.
- Working with the QA/QC team to ensure that the mechanical construction is delivered to the clients and Mace’s standards.
- Working with the Cx team to ensure systems are reviewed, completed, and available for commissioning.
- Working with the projects senior management to ensure that the project is handed over efficiently.
- Working with the projects senior management to ensure the project meets the business objectives in delivering projects on time and profitability to the agreed project and business targets.
