You’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining robust quality systems aligned to service excellence.
- Managing delivery across lifecycle to agreed milestones.
- Supporting senior leaders with timely, accurate outputs.
- Coordinating resources, teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Championing safety first behaviours and HSW framework.
- Managing consultants, procurement, changes and risks.
- Tracking programmes, budgets, performance and KPIs.
- Ensuring compliant handover and continuous improvement.
You’ll need to have:
- Construction or project management background.
- Membership of or working towards RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience working in a consultancy environment.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of contract administration.
- Able to identify and manage risk.
- Capable of working collaboratively.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to obtain relevant security clearances - BPSS/SC.
