As the Lead Project Manager, you will deliver a high-profile CAT B project. You will be the crucial link between the client, contractor, multi-disciplinary consultants, and other key stakeholders, driving collaboration and excellence. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining robust quality systems aligned to service excellence.
  • Managing delivery across lifecycle to agreed milestones.
  • Supporting senior leaders with timely, accurate outputs.
  • Coordinating resources, teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Championing safety first behaviours and HSW framework.
  • Managing consultants, procurement, changes and risks.
  • Tracking programmes, budgets, performance and KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliant handover and continuous improvement.

You’ll need to have:

  • Construction or project management background.
  • Membership of or working towards RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of contract administration.
  • Able to identify and manage risk.
  • Capable of working collaboratively.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to obtain relevant security clearances - BPSS/SC.
