The role can be based on the following locations - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Winchester and Bristol.
You\'ll Be Responsible For
- Delivering excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes.
- Upholding integrity, managing budgets, risks, and sustainable impact.
- Managing teams collaboratively, driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs.
- Managing project management, technical services, and external resources.
- Collaborating with client, consultants, and contractors for delivery.
- Championing safety first, embedding mace’s HSW framework.
- Driving programme, design, procurement, and construction to completion.
You\'ll Need To Have
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
