The project: In the energy sector, the UK will need to invest up to £900 billion of capital expenditure to enable a net zero economy by 2050. For our clients in the sector, this means delivering complex projects and programmes delivering low-carbon technologies and infrastructure. And doing so safely, efficiently, and at pace.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning all aspects of the planning process including the integrated programme, critical paths, client programmes and the analysis and acceptance of contractor programmes.
- Ensuring cost loading of programmes to the appropriate level of cost and progress capture.
- Analysing contractor programmes and provide feedback to project management including run rates, schedule risks and mitigation measures/opportunities.
- Ability to lead all aspects of contractual management for programme related events.
- Directing key assignments, strengthen planning performance, and ensure effective project scheduling and monitoring.
- Supporting strategic development, due diligence, and sustainable business growth.
- Fostering collaboration, share best practice, and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualified with seven years’ relevant experience in linear infrastructure delivery.
- Professional membership or equivalent development.
- Strong planning and infrastructure project expertise.
- Proven commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management.
- Experienced leader with sustainability and carbon awareness.
