Manage the delivery of small to medium sized projects within the healthcare, life sciences and technology sector, ensuring outcomes meet time, cost and quality expectations through effective stakeholder coordination, clear performance management and hands on leadership of project teams across the North West of England.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining project resourcing and delivery strategy.
- Directing teams to achieve KPIs.
- Developing, maintaining and updating project plans.
- Controlling programme, budget, risks and mitigations.
- Managing quality systems and stakeholders.
- Managing governance meetings and site walks.
- Managing change, risk and carbon outcomes.
You’ll need to have:
- Extensive experience delivering small to medium scale projects.
- Chartered or working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or equivalent.
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience.
- CSCS card or equivalent, with strong project, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
