Reporting to the Operations Director - Supply Chain, this role supports the delivery of supply chain and procurement services across programmes, ensuring effective implementation of strategies, governance and day-to-day delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supply chain and procurement delivery
- Delivering supply chain activities including market engagement and supply chain mapping, capacity and capability assessments and supplier performance monitoring.
- Supporting to procurement and mobilisation activities.
- Supporting implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies within programme teams.
- Ensuring delivery activities are aligned to programme requirements and timelines.
Data, insight and tools
- Use data, analytics and supply chain intelligence tools to support decision making
- Develop clear insight from market and supplier information
- Support evaluation processes, reporting and performance tracking
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of templates, tools and systems
Stakeholder engagement
- Work collaboratively with programme, commercial and client teams
- Support engagement with suppliers and market participants
- Build effective working relationships across delivery teams
Governance and compliance
- Ensure procurement and supply chain activities follow agreed governance and processes
- Maintain clear records and documentation across the procurement lifecycle
- Support reporting and assurance requirements
Team contribution
- Support delivery within programme teams and across service line priorities
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Support capability development through practical delivery experience
You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Professional membership desirable.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain delivery.
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Experience working with procurement systems and digital tools.
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
- Delivery of procurement and supply chain activities to required standards.
- Effective use of data and tools to support delivery.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Contribution to programme delivery outcomes.
