Manage projects to achieve agreed outcomes on time, within budget and quality standards. Provides day-to-day leadership, aligning teams to deliver objectives and KPIs. Manages risks, change processes, and internal fee targets, ensuring collaboration and excellence throughout project delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, maintaining quality and milestones.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve KPIs.
  • Foster inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation while upholding Mace values.
  • Manage design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, driving collaboration and service excellence.
  • Oversee budgets, risks, and change management, maintaining accurate plans and documentation.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent development.
  • Proven experience delivering public sector projects.
  • Strong project management, commercial and financial expertise.
  • Ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders, with sustainability awareness.
