Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. This is a lead position looking to develop into a Senior Category Manager for the right candidate.

Engages with internal/external stakeholders and leaders. Develop category strategies, implement and manage them to deliver their goals. Managing team on certain workstreams and initiatives delivering on time and to expectation, delivering to expected targets and KPIs.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Category management.
  • Relationship management.
  • Supervising daily activities of the team and the achievement of agreed targets and objectives.
  • Due diligence and company/market understanding.
  • Value creating re process, performance and commercial activity.
  • Delivers the development of plan/s and implementation.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities across the team and providing support to team.
  • Managing teams, driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

  • GCSE (or equivalent).
  • A level (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Office tools.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
