To support the maintenance and accuracy of our client’s digital twin models by carrying out architectural updates to Revit models under the guidance of BIM leads. The role focuses on ensuring that asset geometry and data remain up to date, enabling reliable use of digital twin models for facilities management and operations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Update architectural Revit models based on Space and Occupancy team requests, redline mark-ups, CAD drawings, and site information.
- Populate and update asset metadata within Revit in accordance with defined templates and standards.
- Follow established client BIM standards, naming conventions, and data requirements when making model updates.
- Perform basic QA/QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and correct data input before submission.
- Support the publishing of updated models to Autodesk Forma (or equivalent) for review and approval.
- Assist in addressing review comments and implementing corrections as directed by senior team members.
- Support the publishing of approved models to Autodesk Tandem to maintain the live digital twin environment.
- Assist in organising and maintaining model files, naming structures, and version control within Autodesk construction cloud.
- Work with BIM leads and FM stakeholders to understand update requests and clarify modelling requirements.
- Contribute to improving modelling consistency through use of standard families, templates, and workflows.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree (or currently completing) in architectural or interior design, or related discipline.
- Basic experience in Autodesk Revit (academic or professional).
- Understanding of how building services systems are represented in 3D models.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and standards with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Exposure to Autodesk construction cloud or collaborative BIM environments.
- Basic understanding of BIM principles and asset data (parameters, schedules, etc.).
- Awareness of ISO 19650 or BIM standards (not essential but beneficial).
- Any experience working with as-built models, FM teams, or asset information.
- Detail-oriented, with focus on accuracy of both geometry and data.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical BIM skills.
- Able to work within defined processes, workflows, and supervision.
- Reliable in managing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
