Responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery across major, complex commissions, ensuring client objectives are achieved through high-value cost management. Manages cost and commercial consultancy services within the retail, hotels and leisure sector, applying deep sector knowledge to drive performance, strengthen client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering feasibility studies, business cases and procurement reports.
- Handling value management and early cost planning.
- Managing procurement, change control and valuations.
- Producing and presenting monthly cost reports.
- Driving value engineering and lifecycle costing.
- Agreeing final accounts and managing client interfaces.
- Supporting business development across the region.
- Overseeing line management and recruitment.
You’ll need to have:
- Proven leadership of high-performing consultancy teams.
- Strong experience delivering and winning work in retail, hotels, leisure and global leisure sectors.
- Skilled in contracts, cost management and financial modelling, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Degree and professional membership preferred.
