We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme and Delivery Coordinator to join our Culture, Engagement, Wellbeing and Inclusion (CEWI) team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and establish a newly formed function that brings together key aspects of the employee experience, including onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and employee listening.

Following recent organisational change and business separation activity, we are building new approaches, frameworks and governance across several people-focused programmes simultaneously.

As a result, we are seeking additional delivery capacity to help us turn strategy into action, maintain momentum across multiple initiatives and support the successful implementation of key projects.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating activity, engaging stakeholders, tracking progress and supporting the delivery of programmes that positively impact colleagues across our global business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of people, culture and employee experience initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders and helping to establish the foundations of a growing function.

The CEWI Programme and Delivery Coordinator will provide dedicated delivery and coordination support across a portfolio of employee experience initiatives, with a primary focus on onboarding transformation, wellbeing, inclusion and employee resource group (ERG) governance.

The role will support the planning, coordination and implementation of multiple workstreams, ensuring actions are progressed, stakeholders remain engaged, governance requirements are met and key deliverables are successfully implemented.

Working across a global stakeholder community, the role will help establish effective ways of working, maintain project documentation and governance processes, coordinate meetings and workshops, and support the development of communications, presentations and implementation materials.

  • Schedule and manage stakeholder engagement activities across multiple functions.
  • Track delivery milestones, actions and implementation plans.
  • Support the development of onboarding content, guidance and documentation.
  • Prepare updates, materials and communications that support programme delivery.
  • Assist with implementation activities and post-launch follow-up actions.
  • Inclusion and employee resource groups (ERGs)
  • Support the implementation of ERG governance frameworks and processes.
  • Coordinate meetings with executive sponsors, network chairs and steering groups.
  • Maintain governance documentation, action logs and delivery plans.
  • Support the administration and coordination of ERG activities, budgets and processes.
  • Coordinate workshops, engagement activities and associated outputs.
  • Wellbeing and employee experience
  • Coordinate wellbeing and employee experience initiatives and governance activity.
  • Support the development of internal communications and colleague-facing content.
  • Maintain wellbeing and inclusion activity plans and annual calendars.
  • Coordinate external vendor workshops and associated logistics.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns and improvement initiatives that enhance colleague experience.
  • Employee listening

  • Maintain relevant documentation, trackers and action plans.
  • Coordinate workshops, action-planning sessions and governance activities.
  • Assist with data validation and reporting support where required.
  • General programme delivery support
  • Manage project plans, action logs and delivery trackers across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums.
  • Support production of presentations, communications and implementation materials.
  • Monitor progress and proactively follow up on actions and commitments.
  • Help maintain momentum across key strategic priorities and delivery objectives.

You’ll need to have

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experienced in project coordination, programme support or administration.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Solutions focused and able to anticipate challenges before they arise.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Interested in people, culture, wellbeing, inclusion and employee experience.

What makes this role different?

This is not a traditional coordination role.

It offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the creation and implementation of programmes that shape how colleagues experience work, from the moment they join the organisation through to their ongoing wellbeing, inclusion and engagement.

You will be joining at a pivotal stage in the development of a new function and will play a key role in helping establish the foundations for long-term success.
