About the role
This senior leadership position is responsible for driving integrated consultancy services – including project, programme and construction management across the UK and Europe. You will lead and develop our local and regional government and communities business, part of our Cities and Places market.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the development and delivery of the local and regional government business plan, budget, resource plans and pipeline.
- Providing strategic direction across key service lines: project, programme and construction management, PMO, planning, cost and commercial, and business advisory.
- Building and managing large, diverse teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication with colleagues, suppliers, partners and clients.
- Securing new business opportunities and driving growth across the sector and geographies.
- Ensuring robust resource planning, supporting training, development and progression within the market.
- Representing Mace externally as an innovative leader, building strong relationships at C‐suite and senior client levels.
- Identifying, managing and mitigating business risks while delivering service excellence and achieving balanced scorecard KPIs.
You will need to have:
- You are a respected leader with board‐level experience, a background in real estate and infrastructure, and a proven ability to deliver strategic growth and lead multidisciplinary teams.
