You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and aligning benefits with programme business case targets and strategic objectives.
- Developing frameworks for benefits integration into scheme business cases.
- Monitoring and assuring delivery, reporting progress against KPIs and recommending improvements.
- Embedding benefits management within PMO controls and programme reporting.
- Designing and implementing benefits strategy for planning, mapping, and evaluation.
- Developing management plans for programme and scheme-level benefits delivery.
- Integrating benefits management into PMO controls, reporting, cost, and risk processes.
- Partnering with client teams to meet expectations and strengthen relationships.
You’ll need to have:
- Proven experience in benefits management on major programmes or projects.
- Expertise in benefits strategy and investment appraisal methods.
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex activities with uncertain outcomes.
