You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing safety, quality and compliance across all delivery activities.
- Overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring programme, budget and stakeholder alignment.
- Managing client, consultant and senior stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration.
- Providing strategic direction, governance and best‑practice leadership.
- Delivering design, procurement and sequencing plans.
- Supporting business growth and reporting activities.
- Driving continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes.
- Managing, developing and empowering multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Proven healthcare or life sciences project delivery expertise with strong commercial acumen.
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) with NEC4 accreditation.
- Experienced in winning work, growing accounts and leading diverse teams.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management, public‑sector governance and sustainability considerations.
