You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing safety, quality and compliance across all delivery activities.
  • Overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring programme, budget and stakeholder alignment.
  • Managing client, consultant and senior stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration.
  • Providing strategic direction, governance and best‑practice leadership.
  • Delivering design, procurement and sequencing plans.
  • Supporting business growth and reporting activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes.
  • Managing, developing and empowering multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Proven healthcare or life sciences project delivery expertise with strong commercial acumen.
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) with NEC4 accreditation.
  • Experienced in winning work, growing accounts and leading diverse teams.
  • Skilled in senior stakeholder management, public‑sector governance and sustainability considerations.
