You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Directing planning delivery, providing strategic direction aligned to sector, hub and organisational objectives.
- Supporting commercial governance, negotiations and long‑term strategy, upholding Mace values and responsible outcomes.
- Enabling high‑performing, inclusive teams through collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Developing and integrating robust programmes, reflecting logistics, site constraints and sustainable delivery.
- Coordinating teams, interfaces and reporting, tracking productivity, progress and contractual obligations.
- Embedding health, safety and net zero outcomes within programme planning and execution.
- Engaging clients and stakeholders, managing work plans, deadlines and project requirements.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
- Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
- Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate software user.
- Ability to provide schedule outputs in various formats to suit the audience/context.
