The role will be based on the following locations - London, Birmingham, Winchester.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Delivering client‑focused outcomes through effective cost planning, procurement, and achievement of strategic KPIs.
  • Upholding integrity, managing ethically viable operations and driving net zero carbon transition.
  • Creating opportunity by mentoring teams, championing innovation, and embedding continuous improvement across all activities.
  • Managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, ensuring effective reporting and compliance.
  • Managing estimating, cost planning, and valuations, presenting accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contracts, claims, and completion processes, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Mentoring teams, embedding continuous improvement, and championing net zero carbon transition across all delivery activities.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Degree in quantity surveying or cost management.
  • Professional membership (MRICS/RICS or equivalent), progressing toward fellowship.
  • Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams.
