We are seeking a capable Development Manager to support the identification, appraisal and delivery of development projects across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities to contribute to international work. This role suits a commercially aware professional looking to further develop their experience in development management within a consultancy environment.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Identifying and appraising development opportunities.
- Supporting financial models and cashflows.
- Assisting due diligence and funding activity.
- Contributing to site acquisition tasks.
- Managing budget and cost elements.
- Tracking commercial performance.
- Coordinating development delivery activities.
- Collaborating with clients and project teams.
You’ll Need To Have
- Experience in reinforced concrete, temporary works, project management, and regulated industry standards.
- Strong understanding of design processes, Eurocodes, legislation, and contract administration.
- Skilled in communication, influencing, organisation, and time management.
- Degree‑qualified, CSCS‑certified, with preferred nuclear/defence and project management experience.
