You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing feasibility studies, value management and benchmarking.
- Managing estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans.
- Overseeing procurement, contract preparation and supplier selection.
- Controlling change, valuations and post‑contract cost reporting.
- Negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
- Acting as key client interface throughout delivery.
- Supporting business development and promoting Mace.
- Applying strong knowledge of industry contracts to strengthen commercial outcomes.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience in cost consultancy with strong estimating, budgeting and major infrastructure knowledge.
- Skilled in industry contracts, procurement and best‑practice delivery.
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management; professional membership beneficial.
