An experienced leader will drive the global Maturity Assessment service line, delivering insights that drive productivity across client programmes. The director will provide strategic direction, actionable insight, and lead change initiatives worldwide, while shaping the next generation of services with AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Maturity Assessment service line across the global Mace Consult business.
- Develop and enhance the maturity assessment offering, focusing on AI innovation and data‑driven insights.
- Attend client sites worldwide to design and lead effective maturity assessments, providing recommendations to transform capital delivery.
- Act as a recognised subject‑matter expert, producing thought leadership, case studies, and market propositions.
- Build and grow internal capability, leading and developing assessment teams and aligning to industry standards and emerging trends.
- Support business development, including bids, proposals, client presentations, and conversion of opportunities for follow‑on work.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in complex delivery environments and consulting positions.
- Extensive experience leading maturity assessments and improvement initiatives at a senior level, particularly within large capital programmes.
- Proven ability to establish and develop senior teams, enabling cross‑organisation collaboration and improving performance.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and utilise AI for deeper insight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
