It applies best practice to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and drive efficiency, working across HR to strengthen governance and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clear delivery of savings through process re-engineering (ideally to double their salary minimum).
- Demonstrating off-shore/right-shore capabilities.
- Enhancing service delivery to the customer, building services from a customer first principle.
- Aligning global services to deliver a one best way approach.
- Driving the maturity of the HR service model through robust digital design and process optimisation.
- Managing the development and implementation of HR technologies and standardised processes.
- Enhancing efficiency, governance and colleague experience through continuous improvement and clear operational guidance.
- Partnering across HR to deliver integrated solutions and support sustainable, compliant service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Ideally Lean Black belt (or lean skills at minimum).
- Experience aligning process improvement globally.
- Oracle and SNOW delivery of improvements.
- Advanced MS skills, including PowerPoint and Visio.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and ability to present clear, accurate data.
- Experience developing modern HR blueprints, SOPs, and holding a relevant HR or business degree.
