To perform the role of Associate Director – Cost, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large and complex commissions within the public and private sector. To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value‑added cost management service.
Responsibilities- Delivering feasibility studies, business cases and procurement reports.
- Managing value management and early cost planning.
- Managing estimating, procurement and contract preparation.
- Controlling change, valuations and cost reporting.
- Presenting monthly post‑contract reports.
- Driving value engineering and lifecycle costing.
- Agreeing final accounts and maintaining strong client interfaces.
- Supporting business development and line management.
- Degree‑qualified and member of a relevant professional institute.
