Opportunity exists for NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Managers with pre-construction and construction experience.

You will promote and influence quality and service excellence in all conversations and programme interactions. Day to day PM of contractor and support. Day to day management of design, construction and coordination of technical queries. Data collection, dashboards, provision of information and updating cost, schedule, risk, performance and other information and proactively manage to resolve potential impacts, targets or change. Progress reporting. Invoice and payments process. Support project meetings and assurance, reviews and similar including GWRs/scrutiny boards/PCP/PCG/PAG/SPAG and technical reviews or similar. Support business cases. Support the lead PM including to manage outputs, with verification and validation of AIM as required, including financial information, schedule, BIM, AIM, GSL, quality, TSP, contractor and other stakeholder deliverables. Liaising with stakeholders, reports, updating information/records, IMS, CP&F, CEMAR, meetings, workshops, boards and communication or similar. Liaising with other stakeholders including advice on the contractor assessment, changes, RFIs, notices, CEs, early warnings, claims, resolving differences/ambiguities or similar. Monitoring, prepare, develop and update records. Supporting baseline maintenance and change control. Manage outputs, with verification and validation of information as required. Support/training to DEO. Support to PMO, regions, client side PM on TSP/contractor. Promote and support LfE, LLs and the collaboration hub. Support and liaison with the project team and others. Other project management services to support the DEO project, region, PMO and respective PMO hub.
