The project: Managing a major project for Mace's Strategic client in the Defence sector with a total construction value of c£500m. This project is part of a major infrastructure investment by our defence client (c£5bn) over the next 10 years.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Day to day project leadership design, construction and coordination of technical queries.
- Providing leadership on data collection, dashboards, provision of information and updating cost, schedule, risk, performance and other information and proactively manage to resolve potential impacts, targets or change.
- Supporting project meetings and assurance, reviews and similar including GWRs/scrutiny boards/PCP/PCG/PAG/SPAG and technical reviews or similar.
- Supporting PMO, regions, client-side PM on TSP/contractor.
- Promoting and support LfE, LLs and the collaboration hub.
- Key client relationship management for your project, including generating live prospects and leads.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
- 15+ years’ infrastructure delivery across full RIBA lifecycle.
- NEC4 ECC accreditation and SC eligibility.
- Proven leadership in defence sector project delivery.
