Directing, and may manage, the implementation and delivery of a range of risk services to support commissions and to provide line management leadership and guidance for others within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence and assigned Hub as required.

Responsibilities

  • Risk management across assigned commissions.
  • Developing and implement robust risk frameworks.
  • Advising teams on risk processes and escalation.
  • Facilitating risk workshops and identify mitigations.
  • Driving QRA for cost and schedule.
  • Producing concise monthly risk reporting.
  • Mentoring team members and support resourcing.
  • Integrating risk with PMO, planning and sustainability aims.

Qualifications

  • Proven risk leadership on major, complex construction projects.
  • Strong capability in risk frameworks, tools and analytics.
  • Skilled communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and manage complexity.
  • Degree‑qualified with chartered or professional accreditation in project or risk management.
