Responsibilities

  • Oversees delivery planning and strategic implementation, shaping stakeholder relationships and optimising resource management. Drives organisational objectives through compliant, commercially robust practices that enhance productivity and operational performance. Accountable for end-to-end outcomes and stakeholder requirements for appointments valued between £2.5m and £6m in Mace fee.
  • Providing strategic direction, ensuring effective delivery environments and consistent service excellence.
  • Managing budgets, influence long-term strategy and uphold ethical, sustainable operations.
  • Developing and inspire teams, driving collaboration, innovation and stakeholder engagement across complex programmes.
  • Managing sub-programme delivery, aligning strategies, environments and resources to optimise performance and achieve planned benefits.
  • Maintaining exceptional safety, quality, sustainability, governance and risk standards across all activities.
  • Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring commercial viability and programme compliance.
  • Developing high-performing teams, driving innovation, knowledge sharing and net-zero, digital and C2P ambitions.

Requirements

  • Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
  • Proven construction programme delivery with strong property or infrastructure expertise.
  • Strong commercial, financial and senior-stakeholder management capability.
  • Knowledge of carbon, sustainability and their impact on future project delivery.
