You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing planning delivery across assignments and business areas, aligned to strategic objectives and performance goals.
- Influencing negotiations, governance and long-term functional strategy with integrity and commercial rigour.
- Developing and retain high-performing, inclusive teams through mentoring, talent development and collaboration. Planning and scheduling delivery across medium to high complexity projects, programmes and portfolios.
- Providing expert project controls, EVM and data-driven analysis to influence complex requirements and corrective actions.
- Managing, inspiring and developing planning teams through performance management, coaching and technical leadership.
- Supporting senior management in negotiations, business development and net zero carbon delivery.
You’ll Need To Have
- Degree or equivalent with professional experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Proven mastery in establishing effective planning and schedule management systems and procedures.
- Confident managing activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
