You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing planning delivery across assignments and business areas, aligned to strategic objectives and performance goals.
  • Influencing negotiations, governance and long-term functional strategy with integrity and commercial rigour.
  • Developing and retain high-performing, inclusive teams through mentoring, talent development and collaboration. Planning and scheduling delivery across medium to high complexity projects, programmes and portfolios.
  • Providing expert project controls, EVM and data-driven analysis to influence complex requirements and corrective actions.
  • Managing, inspiring and developing planning teams through performance management, coaching and technical leadership.
  • Supporting senior management in negotiations, business development and net zero carbon delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Degree or equivalent with professional experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
  • Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
  • Proven mastery in establishing effective planning and schedule management systems and procedures.
  • Confident managing activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
