You\’ll Be Responsible For

Managing planning delivery across assignments and business areas, aligned to strategic objectives and performance goals.

Influencing negotiations, governance and long-term functional strategy with integrity and commercial rigour.

Developing and retain high-performing, inclusive teams through mentoring, talent development and collaboration. Planning and scheduling delivery across medium to high complexity projects, programmes and portfolios.

Providing expert project controls, EVM and data-driven analysis to influence complex requirements and corrective actions.

Managing, inspiring and developing planning teams through performance management, coaching and technical leadership.

Supporting senior management in negotiations, business development and net zero carbon delivery.

You\’ll Need To Have

Degree or equivalent with professional experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.

Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.

Proven mastery in establishing effective planning and schedule management systems and procedures.

Confident managing activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
