The Trend and Change Lead will work within the Programme Management Office on behalf of the Programme Partner, liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the Head of PMO.
Please Note: Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responsible for assessing, managing and developing change management activities including analysis and engagement.
- Managing and supporting projects from commencement through to implementation.
- Analysing each project highlighting any areas of change to process and assess the change impact.
- Ensuring a strong line of communication between the business and the stakeholders.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience in a similar position using trend and change management processes and tools.
- Background working with large organisations in their global change and transformation projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate to individuals at all levels of an organisation.
- Outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Experience working in a fast-moving project environment essential.
- Qualifications or related experience in trend and change management (ACMF, MSP Practitioner or APMG - Change Management)
- Experience working on large programmes.
- Experience of nuclear or high secure sectors desirable.
