The project: We are looking for an experienced infrastructure project director to lead an ambitious programme of work on an occupied, central Westminster estate. Part of a wider portfolio, the project involves constrained footways, complex logistics coordination, highly secure environments, challenging utilities connections and a diverse mix of technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record leading complex infrastructure workstreams in sensitive environments and be able to attain SC level clearance.

Managing delivery planning and strategy execution, managing stakeholder relationships and resources. Ensures compliance, commercial viability, and operational improvements while achieving objectives for appointments valued between £2.5m - £6m in Mace Fee.
