A nationally significant infrastructure project within the ports and maritime sector located in Immingham. Currently in the early stage of delivery with completion expected early 2028.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responsible for supporting the projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.
- Coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.
- Conducting research, analysis, record-keeping and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to delivery of project management operations.
- Developing direct and/or indirect management of external parties (consultants and contractors) coordinating others, in order to achieve project key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing project reporting from a cost, operational, scheduling and risk perspective.
You’ll need to have:
- Project delivery and reporting experience. Construction related qualification.
- Right to work.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in project management.
- A developing knowledge of commercial and financial considerations.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
