We are recruiting for someone with subject matter expertise (SME) for the Business and Human Resources community on all aspects of our Reward and Benefits policy and its execution through comprehensive and pragmatic guidance. You will drive and provide expertise support for the execution of all compensation and benefit processes and the generation of reward analytics and reports.
Key Job Responsibilities- Manage and update the company’s Benify benefits portal, inclusive of all reporting and benefit content. Will also manage any Benify change/upgrade projects, as and when required.
- Conduct employee benefit briefings, particularly during the annual benefits window where employees make their benefit selections for the coming benefit year.
- Manage agendas/meeting content and attend governance forum meetings for the company’s UK pension fund and UK health care trust.
- Manage benefit renewals with benefit providers in association with the appointed brokers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for salary survey vendors and oversee the resolution of operational and tactical issues which arise with any such vendors or the use of their salary survey portals.
- Responsible for developing, adapting and maintaining salary ranges and benefits communication materials for the UK and Ireland, where the business operates.
- Provide expertise advice and guidance to recruiters, HRBPs and business leaders on the appropriate use of Reward levers such as salary ranges, benefits and recognition, to inform Reward decisions.
- Develop, maintain and actively contribute to a library of such guidance with suitable and up-to-date communication material.
- Develop and provide compensation benchmarking using, where appropriate, data from the salary survey Portal(s) and platforms available to the business and work with key stakeholders on use and interpretation of data.
- Direct the full suite of salary data submissions to salary surveys in which the business participates.
- Manage the formal grading of jobs, using the Mercer IPE job grading methodology, providing expert technical insight and rationale on all aspects of job grading.
- Manage and maintain the company’s job catalogue, coordinating any additions or changes and/or alterations to it.
- Actively develop and generate reward analytics and reports as well as maintaining and contributing to a library of standardised Reward analytics and reports.
- Manage day-to-day and more technical and/or atypical queries and all reporting relating to the annual bonus and salary review process, and benefits renewals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for MyHR compensation and benefit cases escalated to the Reward team, utilising expertise in Reward domain to provide advice and expertise.
- Develop and conduct Reward scenario modelling and testing across all components of Reward.
- Develop and maintain a series of internal and external stakeholder relationships, manage and influence key/senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement plans and identify key business improvements.
- Utilise advanced subject matter expertise (SME) in the Reward domain to deliver the strategy for Reward, providing innovative solutions for challenges.
- Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
