The role can be based on the following locations - London, Birmingham, Manchester and Winchester and Bristol.

You’ll be responsible for: Delivering excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes.

Upholding integrity, managing budgets, risks, and sustainable impact.

Managing teams collaboratively, driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs.

Managing project management, technical services, and external resources.

Collaborating with client, consultants, and contractors for delivery.

Championing safety first, embedding mace’s HSW framework.

Driving programme, design, procurement, and construction to completion.

You’ll need to have: Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes. Property or infrastructure project management expertise.

Commercial and financial acumen.

Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.

Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
