Overview
In this role you will deliver multiple fast-paced property investment programmes for major FMCG retail clients within Mace's consultancy arm. You will oversee various investment types such as fit-outs, extensions, refurbishments, asset renewals and roll-outs, reporting to the account/programme lead. You will manage budgets, risks and design coordination across UK-wide projects, travelling as needed to serve client needs. You drive H&S, KPI delivery and best-practice across programmes, shaping outcomes for our clients and teams.
Responsibilities

Key requirements
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent)
- Experience delivering projects/programmes in the FMCG retail sector
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise
- Commercial and financial acumen
