Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.The role is to support London and South in delivering NEC Supervisor consultancy services.We are seeking an NEC Supervisor to support the Project Management and Building Surveying teams in delivering a pipeline of Construction Projects using the NEC suite of contracts.The successful candidate will be supported by our Building Surveying team based in London.You’ll be responsible for:The role will include delivery of NEC Supervisor and site quality monitoring roles for central government departments.A strong understanding of the NEC contract and the role of the NEC Supervisor.The candidate will have a strong grounding in building technology including modern methods of construction (MMC).Reviewing works on site for adherence with the design information, the contract, good working practice and manufacturers recommendations.Collaboration with other disciplines such as Engineers, Architects, Project Managers and Client stakeholders.Effective communication both verbally and written including ability to access and report on online information platforms.Ability to manage your own workload and to work independently.A focus on safety and a good understanding of the health and safety risk in construction.Experience in report progress, compliance and defects using traditional written reports and online platforms such as Asite and CEMAR. SC clearance will be required for this role, candidates who already hold this will be preferred.
