The Project: Working as part of the talent acquisition function collaborating across the business, partnering with hiring managers, developing key working relationships and key insights into hiring requirements to enable achievement of KPIs and objectives to meet hiring needs. This role will be working on US Eastern Hours of 1PM UK – 9PM UK and can be either 100% Remote, or Hybrid with days in our London headquarters.
Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, both internally and externally to move across from the United Kingdom to the United States.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Guiding strategic talent sourcing across multidisciplinary sectors.
- Identifying external and internal talent pipelines.
- Promoting internal mobility and employee referrals.
- Partnering with managers through end‑to‑end recruitment.
- Delivering structured, behavioural interviewing.
- Ensuring compliance and effective ATS use.
- Supporting bids through proactive talent pipelining.
- Using data insights to meet targets.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Construction Recruitment experience across Data Centres or Technology & Manufacturing sectors within consultancy, main contractor or owner‑representative environments.
- Talent acquisition expertise across screening, interviewing, offer management and applicant tracking systems.
- Sector‑aligned subject matter expertise with strong professional networks and credibility with senior management stakeholders.
- Experience of recruiting into the United States & necessary VISA requirements.
