b Overview /b p As a Quality Management Lead on the Hinkley Point C project, you ensure supply-chain adherence to QA/QC requirements. You’ll work within the quality management team to develop and implement PQCPs, guide contractors on CQAPs and LTQR strategies, and monitor ITPs and QA activities. You’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive the effective delivery of quality across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning. This role offers impact at scale on a nationally significant programme with a strong safety and integrity focus. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Review, accept and monitor contractor QA plans (CQAP) /li li Arrange audits with Supply Chain Auditors and resolve findings /li li Produce project quality control plans (PQCP) per contract /li li Ensure deployment of QA contractual arrangements (GQAS, LTQR, ITP, etc.) /li li Provide guidance to contractors on CQAPs, LTQR strategies and QA activities /li li Manage LTQR reviews and progressive LTQR provisioning /li li Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders and inspection entities /li li Oversee manufacturing surveillance and graded inspection approaches /li li Review and ensure ITPs are fit for purpose and correctly distributed /li li Coordinate and lead manufacturing documentation review and inspection activities /li li Lead NNB review and acceptance of contractor documentation /li li Perform joint inspections when required /li li Support non-conformance resolution and corrective actions /li li Review and accept end-of-manufacturing/construction/erection reports (EoMR/ECSR/EESR) /li li Deliver quality documentation and ensure equipment quality release to site /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in project delivery, preferably in the nuclear power sector, with strong QA/QC focus /li li Strong understanding of QA/QC in large, contract-led projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning /li li Clear, confident communicator capable of addressing varied audiences /li li Ability to propose practical solutions and consider others’ inputs /li li Experience interfacing with project teams and supply chains /li li Data analysis, reporting and recommendations /li li Ability to influence and challenge constructively /li li Relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders /li li Team-oriented with awareness of impact on others /li li Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently /li li Fluent in English; French language skills advantageous /li li Knowledge of nuclear sector/new build and nuclear site license conditions /li li Knowledge of welding, NDT/NDE and relevant codes /li li HNC/HND or degree in science/engineering, or equivalent /li li Broad experience delivering quality-related solutions; proven leadership in QA/QC in safety-critical environments /li li Experience resolving issues in multicultural environments /li /ul ul li clear communicator /li li influencing and stakeholder management /li li team player with collaborative mindset /li li QA/QC in major projects /li li PGCP/LTQR and ITP management /li li Contract quality management (CQAP, GQAS) /li /ul
