The project: Mace and Jacobs have partnered to form a consortium that is leading all real estate and construction delivery related PMC and programme management services for the Ellinikon development. In its role as the client’s real estate delivery partners on this programme, Mace/Jacobs JV are providing consultancy from programme/PMC as well as cost and commercial management, to design and construction management.

The Quality Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for the Project Quality Plan(s), undertaking audits and making recommendations for continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Overall responsibility for construction delivery quality control and assurance.
  • Leading site inspection team and report to construction director.
  • Managing work inspection request process, ensuring timing completion of all inspections raised by the Contractor.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Raising SORs and NCRs as necessary.
  • Regular site inspections.
  • Hosting weekly QA/QC meeting.
  • Hosting improvement campaigns and promotions for reducing quality issue trends.
