We are seeking a highly skilled finance administration professional to assist with the financial operations of a major programme involving multiple sub-consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to support the programme's objectives.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing client billing processes, including application to payment and the creation and distribution of invoices.
- Overseeing the processing of invoices from sub-consultants, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Liaising with sub-consultants to ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets, expenses and other financial data as required.
- Tracking payments and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain cash flow.
- Maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Managing reporting of programme budgets and forecasts.
- Assisting with preparation of financial reports to the programme director and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Assisting with identifying and managing financial risks associated with administration of the programme.
You’ll need to have:
- Intermediate/advanced excel experience.
- A level standard qualification (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of using accounting systems (Oracle and TM1 preferred).
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
- ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent (or be working towards the same).
