Reporting to the Operations Director - Supply Chain, this role supports the delivery of supply chain and procurement services across programmes, ensuring effective implementation of strategies, governance and day-to-day delivery.

You’ll be responsible for: Supply chain and procurement delivery Delivering supply chain activities including market engagement and supply chain mapping, capacity and capability assessments and supplier performance monitoring.

Supporting to procurement and mobilisation activities.

Supporting implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies within programme teams.

Ensuring delivery activities are aligned to programme requirements and timelines.

Data, insight and tools Use data, analytics and supply chain intelligence tools to support decision making Develop clear insight from market and supplier information Support evaluation processes, reporting and performance tracking Ensure accurate and consistent use of templates, tools and systems Stakeholder engagement Work collaboratively with programme, commercial and client teams Support engagement with suppliers and market participants Build effective working relationships across delivery teams Governance and compliance Ensure procurement and supply chain activities follow agreed governance and processes Maintain clear records and documentation across the procurement lifecycle Support reporting and assurance requirements Team contribution Support delivery within programme teams and across service line priorities Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Support capability development through practical delivery experience You’ll need to have: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.

Professional membership desirable.

Experience in procurement or supply chain delivery.

Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

Experience working with procurement systems and digital tools.

Strong communication and collaborative working skills.

Delivery of procurement and supply chain activities to required standards.

Effective use of data and tools to support delivery.
