The project: EDF are leading the UK's nuclear new build programme constructing a nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C, Somerset and Sizewell C, Suffolk.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Championing safety‑first leadership, embedding excellence across quality, cost, programme, sustainability and compliance.
  • Designing and implementing PMO and project controls frameworks, delivering consistent, client‑focused outcomes.
  • Managing project controls governance, managing cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting with integrity.
  • Managing high‑performing teams through mentoring, collaboration, innovation and strategic resourcing.
  • Managing PMO and project controls delivery, ensuring performance, governance and compliance.
  • Designing and embedding PMO and project controls frameworks, integrating cost, risk, change and reporting.
  • Partnering with clients, teams and suppliers, providing expert guidance, assurance and performance insight.
  • Developing high‑performing controls teams, supporting resourcing, and driving net‑zero delivery.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Expert estimating capability, delivering evidence‑led insights integrating cost, schedule and risk.
  • Strong analytical judgement, understanding change impacts on programme and area delivery.
  • Confident senior stakeholder engagement, clearly communicating complex estimating concepts.
  • Degree‑qualified project controls professional with major project experience and estimating software expertise.
